From being named the general manager of Asterisk & Obelisk at age 23 to building and running the outside bar of America's oldest restaurant, the White Horse Tavern, to working six and a half years at the picturesque Castle Hill Inn, Sean Dunn has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in Newport's premiere fine dining establishments.
